  • Currently, I am the Head of Outreach and Engagement for the William H. Hannon Library at Loyola Marymount University where I lead the library’s efforts in reaching and serving all of its diverse user populations through events, exhibitions, marketing, publications, and orientations.

  • Coordinated the reference, instruction, interlibrary loan, and social media for Wardman Library,

Library Supervisor, University of Southern California (December 2009 – August 2013) 

  • Supervised a diverse team of student assistants working to catalog over 105,000 unidentified monographic and serials titles in the offsite library. Other duties included reference, instruction, and research guide development.

  • Assisted Technical Services director and unit heads in maintaining departmental records, monitoring daily operations, addressing technology problems, and developing immediate, on-site solutions.
