Next week, I’m heading to Indianapolis for the annual Library Marketing and Communications Conference, a gathering of library folks involved in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, and outreach in academic, public, and special libraries. Hi Kim! You need a masters in library science to be a librarian. There are many online degree programs, just make sure they are accredited through the American Library Association. I got my MLIS through San Jose State University.
